The pent-up insecurities on being alone is Jen’s reason for screaming “single and beautiful”. Her outreach to hirable boyfriends for PR is an indication that she is anything but secure of her personal status.
I get it, Jen sells movies. But she refrains from being singular to the media even though she wants our approval of her fabulously single at 40. So much contradiction, it’s overflowing and painful to observe.. Most women would rather lean towards the likes of Diane Keaton’s unmarried and confident persona, not the naked gal strangling herself with a necktie on GQ magazine.
How far will Jen go as she take us on her uninspiring and see-through joy ride? Because you know she will hustle her hard nips until we surrender and buy.
Unless she comes up with a more kinder and realistic feminine concept that we all need and want, like the Aniston Tampon with Wings, I will wait.
