HI Naera,
love the website! I'll add some of those movies to my Netflix queue. A few weeks ago I started a new "primal" diet and I'm enjoying it so far. Basically it's cutting out refined carbs and processed foods and eating a lot more vegetables. Meat, nuts and berries and veggies are the primary food sources but other things are allowed, like certain fruits (provided they don't raise your glycemic index too much), coffee, a glass of wine etc. So I'm eating tons more veggies and salads and cutting out pasta, cereals, bread etc...sounds extreme but I'm not having any problem adjusting. And processed foods seem really gross to me now so I'm cooking more, which is good. Chuck's enjoying all the meat I'm serving but he still loves his mashed potatoes and toast!
